Remember that your work is not complete until you have verified your address and other details that you have provided to Google. Until you have checked everything, the changes you have made on Google My Business will not show up when a customer searches for your business on Google. Google has two different methods of verifying the information provided by you and also decides upon the process, which is more suitable in your case.
You can verify it through the mail.
Most Realtors® like to verify the information about their business through the mail. When Google asks you how you would like to get the verification code from it, just choose the option of mail. When you select this option, Google sends your verification code through mail on a postcard. This mail can take up to 14 days to arrive at your address. You can verify the information with the help of the code given on the postcard to activate your Google My Business page.
You can also verify it on the phone
Google allows some businesses in some locations to verify their information on the phone. You can select this option, which is easier if Google shows your information. Google will call you up at the number of your business, and you can get the verification code on the phone rather than having to wait for 14 days to get it through the mail.
Once you have verified the information, your Google My Business page is ready to go live, and people can see your information whenever they search on Google using your name, business name, or keywords that you have included in your profile.
